    Engineer

    TECOSIM Romania · Full-time · Cluj, Romania

    FEM simulations — ANSA/LsPrePost/Primer for preprocessing, Abaqus/LS-DYNA/Optistruct as solvers, Animator/LsPrePost/META for postprocessing:

    • Building and translating FE models across Abaqus, Optistruct and LS-DYNA
    • Crash and pedestrian-protection simulations for all major load cases
    • Modal analysis and Body-in-White stiffness studies
    • Wind turbine, vessel crash and water-splashing studies
    • DoE and Machine Learning / ROM studies for material definitions
    • Reporting, animation rendering and Bash/Python automation
  2. Nov 2020 – Oct 2021

    Associate Engineer

    TECOSIM Romania · Full-time · Cluj, Romania

    FEM crash & occupant-safety simulations — ANSA for preprocessing, Abaqus Explicit as solver, Animator for postprocessing:

    • Building FE models and dummy/seating/belting simulations
    • Component testing — fuel tanks, BEV batteries, bonnets, seat belt anchorage
    • Validating simulations against hardware tests and reporting results
